• To initiate a return use the form below or contact us via email at returns@localfl.com, include your order # in the subject line. We will gladly send a return label within 24 hours M-F. 
• Please include the packing slip with your return shipment.
• Returns without a packing slip can not be processed and will not be accepted. If you need a duplicate copy of the packing slip, contact us at returns@localfl.com

we gladly accept returns on any non-sale items in new condition for up to 30 days from the date your order is received.

We do not offer direct exchanges, to expedite the process just return your old item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

Returns will be processed within 3 business days after receiving them. Please note that it can take up to 14 business days (2 weeks) for the refunds to be posted to your original payment method.
